I sent out a survey to ~250 people, and expected to receive <100 responses. I have received more than 130 so far. I started with the free subscription but upgraded to the Basic subscription which should allow me 500 responses/month. However, the responses above the free 100 responses remained locked. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help.
