Locked Responses Even After Upgrade

I started with a free subscription and then upgraded to the Basic plan, which should give me up to 2,000 responses. Yet, the system still has locked 4 responses to my first survey, even though I'm only at 108 total responses. Would someone please unlock these responses ASAP?
