Hello, I would like to know the completion rate/drop-off rates for our forms without needing to enable partial submissions. The reason for this is that if we enable partial submissions emails are sent to our clients that they have received a New Lead but if the form wasn’t completed then that isn’t a lead. However, without enabling partial submissions we can’t see where people are dropping off the forms.

Drop-Off statistics will help you to achieve the desired results. The drop-off rate is a percentage value of the respondents who landed on a question and they left the survey at that question.

Note: This will work even if we disable the partial submission.
