Yes, clients can come back and finish filling out a survey another time. All you need to do is:
1. Click on the Config icon on your survey.

2. Under Survey Settings, enable the 'Allow partial submissions' option. Ensure that the 'Allow multiple submissions per user' option is disabled.

Click Update and you're good to go!
