Plus, you can select the columns you want in the list view, and enjoy easy sorting to stay on top of your workload.

Keyboard Shortcuts for Speed
We’re all about efficiency! With new keyboard shortcuts, navigating and managing tickets has never been faster. Whether you're viewing a list or diving into an individual ticket, these shortcuts will help you reduce response times and boost productivity.

Round Robin Assignment
Say goodbye to manual ticket assignments! With the new round robin feature, tickets created through workflows can be automatically distributed among agents. This means quicker responses and a better overall experience for your customers. Enable this feature while setting up teams for Tickets to streamline your process.

Additional Enhancements
