Hi!
Is there away to input a comment after the answer?
For example in a multiple choice, they select answer "b" once they select the answer a comment appears saying "we will be in contact with you".

Yes, we can do that. We can use display logic and show them a "Thank you Page" customised as "we will be in contact with you." Attaching a Snapshot for reference.
