our customers gave the issue that they cannot access to the survey.
If they clicked the survey link, they faced the white screen and nothing happened.
Because it's the end of the year, there's a lot of demand, and our financial damage is great.
Please find the problem, and fix it ASAP.

Our team was able to go through the survey and we were not able to find any issues from our end.
But we did find that the 4th question is invalid, it’s a multiple-choice question and currently there is only one option that is involved In it.
