Upgrade to basic not working

I sent out a survey to people, and expected to receive <100 responses.

I have received about 350 more or less so far.
However it keeps telling me to upgrade in order to unlock more than 209 responses. But when I click on the upgrade button, it sends me to my billing and it shows me that I did it, I've paid and I have still 200ish response included for the month.

What am I missing? Thanks in advance for your help.
