My initial trial ended late last which and we have reverted to a Free Plan for the time being and reduced our questions to 10 but our survey is appearing as closed now? Any way to resolve this?

It looks like you have already reached the quota limit of 100 responses and that’s why the survey has been closed. In order to collect more responses, you will have to upgrade to a paid plan.
