How do I rename my survey? How do I delete a survey?

Hi there,
You may rename your Survey from the Build Page please. Here is a screenshot :



To delete a survey, on the Dashboard > Actions > Close

Once that is done, you may delete the survey from Closed surveys tab.

I am completing my first 360 Assessment and have a few questions.

  1. What does Awaiting Reviewer Approval mean as current status? Is this approval for the completed report?
  2. I want to remind the subject to complete the self-assessment. I see the reminder template, and it is turned on, but I see no way to initiate sending it.
  3. Is there somewhere to see the history of emails and reminders sent?
