How do I end the survey?

Thanks for reaching out.

There are two ways you can close your survey:

  1. On your survey dashboard, click the Actions dropdown next to the survey you want to end and select the Close option.

2. The second method is: On the survey you want to close, select Config (gear icon) and enable the Set cut-off date toggle. Select a date and time you want the survey to close on and click Update.
