Convert responses to numbers in download?

I gave a survey, and to analyze the data, I'd like the responses to be in numbers (where strongly agree=5 and strongly disagree=1, etc). However, I can only get my responses in the text. I can convert it in Excel, but I would prefer to have the download reflect the numbers rather than the text of the response. I've been able to do this in other survey software. Any ideas how I can do it with Survey Sparrow?

Hi Marcia! I hope you’re doing well.

You can get your responses exported in numbers. Let me show you how to do it.

  1. In our example, we have created an opinion scale question type on a scale of 5, where 1=Least Likely and 5=Most likely

  1. I have collected a few responses for this survey as you can see in the screenshot below.

  1. When I export the survey responses to Google Sheets, you can see that the responses collected for my opinion scale question are populated in numbers.

You can notice the same in other formats too (.csv, .xlsx) :slight_smile:
