To download survey responses navigate to the Result Tab --> Responses and Click Share Report at the top right side of the screen.
You can download the responses in a number of formats (we support .csv, .xlsx, SPSS, Google Sheet, and Excel Online as shown in the below image).
How to download a large number of responses say 10,000 survey responses?
Survey responses greater than 1000 cannot be downloaded directly. The file will be sent as an email attachment to the logged-in user to avoid delay in downloading the file.
Note:
For HIPAA compliant account download will be disabled for most cases.
And for a few cases, it will work only with password-protected.
