I´ve been trying to export the reponces Excel but Im not recieving the Email with the export. What should I do? Is there a way to download it directly to the computer instead of having it sent to the email?

Are you trying to export the data like this?
If the responses are more than 10K they will be sent as an attachment via email link.
@SurveySparrow_Support will reach you to fix the export issue.
