Add right and left labels on reports for "scale" type of questions

In the question-type “Scale”, we can add “right” and “left” label to describe what the extreme values (lowest & highest) of the scale mean.

Those labels appear in the online questionnaire for users to understand the scale.

However, they don’t appear by default in the report with the results. Sure we can manually edit the numbers, but they should be there by default as they are key to understand the question.

I think they should be added.
