There appears to be limited customized reporting options. For example some questions will only give you the option to select a word cloud or list. This is not always appropriate when we are trying to visually and accurately present data - a table would be great. Also the lists don't provide the whole answer to the question, in my experience it selects one word out of the answer which means nothing to the other end reader.
