Is there a way to use the same survey link after making edits to the survey? Each time I have made edits, I have created a new link to share to emails, but do I need to do this? Meaning, I made a link, someone tested the survey, found a mistake, and then I made a change to the survey. Do I need to then send a new link OR will the original link update with the changes?

Welcome back 
You can use the same Survey Link to share with the customer. All changes made in the builder will be reflected in the same survey link (For example: Adding, Updating or Deleting a Question).
Apart from URL (Link) share you can use different types of Shares as suggested in this article.
