Changing a survey's preview/thumbnail image

Hello!

I'm looking for a way to change my survey's preview image in order to use a company picture when I share my survey. I can't seem to figure it out - could you help me out?

Is it via Weblink or a Social share?

Hey @Cedra, follow these steps and let us know if this works for you.

  1. From the Social Share, when you select Facebook, you have an option to change your Open Graph image, as you can see in the screenshot below.

  1. Upload the image of your choice, and you’ll get it reflected when you’re sharing the survey via Facebook.

  1. The same thing goes for Twitter.

Thank you! I’ve managed to change the title and description, only issue I have is that the “Change image” button doesn’t work :frowning:

Is there no way to “permanently” change the metadata and preview image?
