Description:
At present, dashboards in SurveySparrow are limited to individual surveys. For organizations managing multiple surveys simultaneously—especially across different brands, business units, or geographic markets—this creates significant limitations in tracking overall performance, identifying trends, and reporting aggregated KPIs.
We propose the introduction of a Unified Dashboard feature that would allow users to:
Visualize key metrics (e.g., submission rates, NPS, CSAT) across multiple selected surveys in a single interface
Filter results by tags, timeframes, folders, or survey types
Compare survey performance over time and detect cross-survey patterns (e.g., drop-off trends)
Export aggregated data to CSV, Excel, or integrate with external BI tools
Set global alerts (e.g., if the combined NPS across all surveys falls below a threshold)
Use Case:
In our case, we manage dozens of active surveys across a group of premium brands. Having a centralized dashboard would drastically reduce manual effort, support faster decision-making, and improve alignment across teams working on customer experience initiatives.
Benefits:
Improved efficiency and time savings
Higher-level data visibility for leadership and reporting
Greater value for enterprise-scale deployments of SurveySparrow
We strongly believe this feature would enhance the platform’s strategic relevance in complex, multi-brand environments.
