Is Survey Sparrow able to integrate with calling programs, such as Five9 or Ring Central? We do telephone surveys and would like to be able to automatically connect the information from a phone record - such as name, phone number, company - from Five9 to the survey taken in survey sparrow.

Unfortunately, we do not have a native integration for RingCentral and Five9 with SurveySparrow. However, if you have a Zapier account, you can connect SurveySparrow and RingCentral by following the instructions on Zapier's website. This will allow you to trigger actions between SurveySparrow and RingCentral.
Please note that Zapier still needs to build an integration for the Five9 tool. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
