Does anyone have experience with integrating/connecting a survey into Active Campaign? I want to send out the survey via e-mail through our Active Campaign system. We want to track how filed in the survey, without asking the costumers how specific email to enter their contact details.

You can use the custom variable feature with survey sparrow to add custom parameters into the survey URL where you can prepopulate the parameter value into the active campaign records, without asking for the contact details of the user.
You can also use the custom variables and even use them in your survey questions and prepopulate them in the survey responses where you can easily identify who responded to your survey.
