This week we will be discussing how to integrate Surveysparrow with Freshservice. This is a great way to gather feedback from your users and improve your service.
To get started, you will need to create a survey in Surveysparrow that you would like to send to Freshservice users. You can create a classic survey with a "Rating" type question, for example.
Next, create a global variable called "Ticket ID" for the survey. This will allow you to pass the Freshservice ticket ID to Surveysparrow.
Then, create an email embed share and enable the "Add Global Variables" option. Map the Ticket ID placeholder in Freshservice to the global variable you just created. Save the "Rich Text version of the code" and click "Done" to save it.
To complete the integration, create a workflow in Freshservice with the following steps:
Select the appropriate trigger for the workflow
Create an action called "Send email to requester" and select the "HTML" option. In the HTML editor, paste the Rich Text version of the code that you saved earlier.
Activate the workflow.
Once you have completed these steps, your Surveysparrow and Freshservice integration should be fully set up and ready to use.
