Hi. I tried to build a survey and score answers to questions but learned that only multiple choice and images can be scored. I'd like to score Yes/No questions and Opinion Scale then roll up answers into one final score tally and generate an automatic email response showing the score.

Thanks for the wonderful suggestion. Currently, we don't have this in our Feature Roadmap. Let me pass this on to my product team and update you if we come up with an ETA.
