Emails going to Spam

I was testing out the email function of the surveys - we are looking to email our customers but noticed that they are going directly to spam. Is there a solution to this? I can’t seem to get help via chat and I haven’t found anything in the FAQ or within these discussions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
