I have been using your premium account for about a month now. And overall, I like it. I do have a few suggestions though.

  1. I had no idea that you could only send emails to 500 contacts at a time. And it took a while and a few help requests to figure out that you can group your contacts under labels and then send out an email to each group. I was dealing with 1500+ contacts and had to split it into groups of three. This is somewhat inconvenient and I wish you would consider upping the number of contacts we can send to. At the very least, mention this under each of your plan's descriptions as to the max number of contacts each plan allows you to send to and that you would have to group your contacts and send multiple emails if you exceed that number.

  2. Likewise it would be nice if you could give us the option to pay for extra email shares if we exceed the number per month for our plan, the same way you can pay extra if exceeding the max number of survey responses.

  3. It would also be nice to have the reminder emails available for the premium plan and be able to resend to those who did not take the survey yet. I realize your business plan may have some or all of this functionality but there is a huge price jump -- three times as much -- to switch from premium to business. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer another plan that's somewhere in between this price difference.

Here are two things I would love to have and one of them is a REALLY NEED feature.

  1. I have my survey test color set to White because of my background. When people get to the end, they can click to send a copy of their responses to their email but, in the box to type their email, the text is white because my survey text is white. That mixed with the text box itself being white, Its very hard to read what you are typing. (adding a picture to this for reference)

    (Edit: It looks like this could be fixed by setting the survey text color to black and then doing a CSS code to change the text within the survey to white but I dont know. If anyone knows CSS and can help let me know)

  2. I use the offline survey feature a couple times a month and specifically the survey where I upload pictures for people to vote for their favorite image. It is a very long and painful process having to upload 30 different photos one at a time. Could you PLEASE make it so that I can drag and drop all of them or allow me to select more than one image at a time.
    2b. It would be even better for me if it would take the title of the file and automatically add it as the caption/text under the photo. Much harder to do but thought Id put it out there and this is nowhere near as important as the mass upload of photos lol.

Hi there,

Welcome to the community :wave:

Thank you for your feedback and feature request. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the white text on a white background in the email box at the end of your survey. We will definitely look into this issue and see if we can implement a CSS snippet for a perfect view.

In regards to the offline survey feature, we understand your frustration with the current process of uploading pictures one at a time. We will definitely consider adding a drag and drop feature or the ability to select multiple images at once. Additionally, we will also look into the possibility of automatically adding the file title as the caption/text under the photo. We appreciate your feedback and will keep you updated on any developments.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. :grinning:

Hi there,

I hope you are keeping well. :muscle:

Can you please give the following code a try and confirm if the color change is successful?

.ss-get-response-container {
    color: black !important;
}

I have also sent an email to you. Let me know if that works

Here is another feature I would love. I currently have about 30 different active surveys and it would be nice to have some way to distinguish them among each other that is not putting them in a folder because I often like to see them all at once. Id love a way to change the thumbnail on the surveys or assign colors to the survey list so I color certain ones and I can tell right away without having to read each title as they are all similar. The assigning of colors could just be a colored boarder around the survey on the list or it could color in the survey box. Thanks!!

Another request, since I have so many surveys, anytime I edit one, it moves to the top of the list. Because of this I have changed the names/titles of my surveys with numbers so they will be in order. One problem I have found is that when I go to make a change in a survey and then go back to the list of surveys, it changes my filter (view) from "Name" to " Recently Updated" each and every time. I have a lot of surveys active and sometimes I have to change something on multiple and in doing so I have to keep changing back to "Name" over and over. If you could add a way to set one over the other as a default or have it stay as what I choose till I change it to something else I would love you for it! Thanks a ton!

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback. I'll forward it to our frontend team to explore the possibility of improving the survey view on our homepage.

It would be great if the randomization feature for the order of options in a question is available for more question types. At the moment, I can randomize the order of options for multiple choice and ranking questions. I would love to do this for summation questions. I would also love to do this for matrix questions, namely randomizing the order of the rows of the table.
