Would it be possible to have a question type which combines a slider and text box into one question?
The slider could have a scale of 0-10 or 0-100 and then directly below that is an open text box to write more information:

I just heard from the product team that we are bringing hybrid matrix pretty soon. The enhancement includes text, having a radio button and dropdown. Once this is developed, we can get the slider supported there too.
