I set the custom domain on Surveysparrow and now the link is https://mydomain/s/surveyname/tt-4b2aef, can I change the link removing tt-4b2aef?

Are you referring to changing the share survey URL link?

You can use a shorter URL something like this - https://sprw.io/stt-873783

You can't change the link by removing some by removing the later part. It becomes invalid. More details on sharing a survey are here.
