We use periodic surveys and there are several features that are ONLY allowed for open surveys, sometimes leading me to open a closed survey, do something, and re-close it. I'd specifically want to be able to:
view and export the data in a closed survey without re-opening it
We treat a Closed survey as a survey that is "disabled / dismissed from services"
So naturally, it needs to be restored to an active state before working/getting details on it.
Having said that, I shall pass these details to my product team and share details here when they come up with an update.
