Ticketing System

It would be great if we could utilize the ticketing system as a suggestion board. For this, we would need to allow all employees, even ones without a user login, to be able to create tickets in the system. Having the ticketing system only available to internal users is not a good use of this feature when it could be utilized for so much more.
