It would be helpful to have a custom question bank in a similar way to SurveyMonkey
"Custom Question Bank lets Primary Admins and Admins add custom questions to their team’s Library. Full Access seats on the team can add the questions to their survey from the Question Bank"

However, we have recently introduced AI-Generated Questions, which can be a helpful alternative. With this feature, you can simply type in your requirements, and the system will generate relevant questions for you.
