Login to Azure admin panel
Visit - Azure Active Directory -> Enterprise Applications -> New application

Identifier (Entity ID)

Example: https://jayeshurath2222222.surveysparrow.com/metadata.xml

Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL)

Example: https://jayeshurath2222222.surveysparrow.com/sso/saml

Manage Claim

Set the claim to use "user.mail"

Download "Certificate (Base64)"

Visit : https://www.samltool.com/format_x509cert.php
Download the X.509 Certificate

Get the login details and update the SSO page in SurveySparrow account

It's best you set the Assignment required? to No
