Making SurveySparrow Custom Fields Write to a Wordpress Profile

Hi,
I'm about to create a custom signup survey for our new proejct. We want to use SurveySparrow Custom Firlds and want those fields to write to a wordpress account associated with a user. I know you have a zapier integration where a survey can create a wordpress account but can that account also be written to with custom fields created in SurveySparrow?
