Hello, I received an email letting me know that my trial will end in three days. I am in the middle of beta testing a survey for my company. If all goes well we will definitely be paying for an account with SurveySparrow. However, I need about another week to be sure. The email said I can extend an additional five days. Could I please have this extension?
