Error after free trial

Hi,

I’ve used the free trial of Survey Sparrow for a few weeks, and I decided that it isn’t the program that I like to use. However, I would still like to see the results of my survey. Every time I’m opening Survey Sparrow I have to select one out of three options; extend trial, upgrade, cancel account. I would like to cancel my account, but would like to see my results. When I click on cancel account and select an option, I get the same message over and over again. “Error, please try again or contact support”. I tried to contact support but they are not responding. Can you please help me because I really need the results? Thank you
