Change the page seen when a survey is full

I know that you can put a cap on the number of responses for a survey.

Respondents who click on a survey link after the cap is reached see a Survey Sparrow branded page telling the respondent that the survey is full.

I would like to change this Survey Sparrow branded “survey is full” page. I would like to have no Survey Sparrow branding, put my own company’s logo on the page, and write my own message. Putting a link to my company’s website would be good too.
