Why does my embedded popup and side panel not work?

Hi All,

New to Survey Sparrow.

Just tried Embeded options with Inline, Popup, and Side Panel and this is what I get.

The Inline Embed works just fine but the Popup and Side Panel doesn't show at all.

Would appreciate any help.

Hi Evan,

Hope you are doing well. Would you be able to share some more information? Have you copied the Javascript Code/WordPress Shortcode to the same page where the Inline Embed code is copied?
