When using a redirect, we must pass back a to the redirect in order to correctly capture the unique respondent ID from a the respondent list.

The Survey URL should indicate placeholder variable
Survey URL should contain an equal sign before the unique identifier (example below)
http://survey.euro.confirmit.com/wix/p180000000000.aspx?ref=XXXX
Unique identifier will be appended to the end of the survey URL. It is XXXX that must be added to the redirect link to identify the respondent. How do we do this?
