Charts on reports don't have the ability to be viewed in % order. Instead, I have to download the data and rerun the chart in Excel so I can manipulate. For example, if I want the data rendered in % order (60%, 23%, 17%) or vice versa, I have to recreate the chart offline. Let's vote this bad boy to near top of the list!

I understand it is nice to have this feature. I will pass this request on to my team.
As a workaround, the response percentage column helps to view the order-wise %.
And when you download the report it will still be easy to understand the data.
