Update to the Webhooks in CX Surveys

We’re making your data even more consistent and easier to work with! Starting June 3, both the start time and end time of response submissions sent via webhooks for CX surveys will now follow your account’s timezone.

What’s changing?
Until now, the start timestamp was displayed in the account's timezone while the end timestamp was in UTC. With this update:

  • Both timestamps will now reflect your account's timezone
  • Applies only to CX surveys using webhooks

Why this matters:
If you’ve set up automations, reporting tools, or workflows based on webhook timestamps, this change ensures your time-based logic is accurate and localized to your account settings.

What should you do?
Review and update any existing workflows or automations that depend on these webhook timestamps before June 3 to avoid any discrepancies.

We recommend checking your integrations and ensuring everything runs smoothly post-update!
