We have a new update on our Twilio SMS Share 
Customers who are using our Twilio (SurveySparrow Twilio account) to send SMS will have to confirm that the recipients have consented to receive SMS and adhere to the acceptable usage policy.
They can send SMS only if they accept the confirmation message.
Note: This is not Applicable for other SMS Service Providers and Customers own Twilio account
