Piping answers spontaneously disappear

I'm piping answers from previous multiple-select questions into a matrix question. Strangely, the dropdown menu keeps dropping more and more of my previous questions as possibilities.

Originally it showed all 4 of my previous multiple choice questions. Then a minute later, it only showed 3. Now it shows only 2. I haven't deleted any questions or changed the question type, and I can see them in the list pane on the left.

[Update] Now there's nothing in the list! This screenshot shows the Pipe Answer dialog box, and you can see in the background that there are plenty of qualifying questions that precede question 8.

What do I do? This bug is preventing me from testing and fielding my survey.

Thanks, Abdul. I’ve put an appointment on Monday morning. I hope you can help. I’ve tried the obvious things (reload the page, log out and log in, try a different browser) but still have the problem of disappearing pages from the piping dropdown.
