In the report, all the respondents' name show as anonymous. How can I make their answers to question "what's your name" become their names that show in the report?

The 'Anonymous' only shows the respondents' names if they're already in your contacts. Otherwise, it's not currently possible to make the answers to the question 'What's your name?' replace the 'Anonymous' label in the survey reports.
