# Yes/No Icon Design Change

I’d love to see a third option for the yes/no icon beyond the thumbs up/down and check/x because both feel like they have a judgement attached to the “no” response (particularly the thumbs down). Is it possible to add a third option for better UX?

Yes! this is something we have been receiving recently and I will pass this on to my Product team 📢.

As a workaround, I would suggest you `uncheck required` so that the respondents can **skip the question without answering** 🕶.

I like this thumb up, thumb down image, but was thinking a real pity that it cannot set score to it..

hi @Suet_Yee

Currently, we don't have [scores](https://help.surveysparrow.com/scoring) for yes or no questions but as a workaround, you can use a [picture-type](https://help.surveysparrow.com/add-images-and-gifs-to-your-survey-with-unsplash-and-giphy) question and add the score to the images. The below image is for reference
