# What is a locked response? My survey says I have 13 locked responses

What is a locked response? My survey says I have 13 locked responses.

Hi Jim,

I hope you are doing well.   
  
Once you sign up for the free Enterprise Trial, you are allowed to collect up to 100 responses. If the system collects more responses than that, it 'locks' the extra responses until you upgrade to a higher plan.

I have 11 locked responses but only 47 responses on my survey so far. I thought that I was able to get 100 responses? Please advise
