Hello there!

if you are looking to integrate the survey (classic & chat) as an inline embed, create an HTML block on your Wix website using **custom embed (Embed a widget)** and add the generated code. This will display the survey as an inline block on the current page and you may define the size of the section as per your needs.

If you are looking to add the survey as a floating button or a user-triggered widget, then use the “custom code” under tools and settings. You should be able to paste the generated javascript code to the body or the footer of your page.

Note: This differs from plan to plan of your Wix website. Remember to connect your business domain before you can add a custom code block or Wix will prompt you an error message.
