We have many of our prospects who take a photo on their iphone, airdrop it to their computer and try to upload. It’s in a .heic format. Any support of this would be a great asset.

Hi,

Welcome to the SurveySparrow Community 💎

Currently we support _ **.png, .jpg, .jpeg and .svg format** _ for images.

We are actively working to add more format types and will notify you once we are ready with the list.

How _upload question_ works and their types are discussed in detail in this [thread](https://community.surveysparrow.com/t/file-upload-different-file-extensions/1999/2)

Hope this helps.

👋🏽
